Industrial fabrication timelines (for VMC, CNC, and Laser Cutting) are subject to material availability and factory floor capacity at our Khed City facility.
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify technical specifications of our standard products (like transfer trolleys) without prior notice to improve safety and performance.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The "TAMHANE HITECH" brand, logos, technical drawings, website code, and product photographs are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Restricted Use: You may not download, modify, or copy the materials for any commercial purpose or public display without a written license from us.
Technical Designs: Any custom engineering solutions developed during a project remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TAMHANE HITECH INDUSTRIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website.
